STM Balance is a product developed by Platforma SAS, a company incorporated in Uruguay.

Platforma SAS is responsible for the processing of personal data that may eventually be collected through the STM Balance website and services associated with the project.

Personal data will be processed in accordance with the laws and regulations in force in the Oriental Republic of Uruguay, including Law No. 18,331 on Personal Data Protection and Habeas Data, together with its applicable regulatory and complementary rules.

In its current version, this website is informational and does not include registration forms, user accounts, payment systems or mechanisms intended to directly request personal data from visitors.

The website also currently does not use its own advertising tracking tools or analytics services intended to create individual profiles of visitors.
